Victoria Forte is an autonomous Nurse Practitioner with extensive training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight loss, functional medicine, aesthetics, and anti-aging. With a 16-year background in hospital medicine, Victoria honed her skills in critical care, patient management, and emergency response. Over time, Victoria realized that while acute care is crucial, her true passion lay in preventing illness and promoting overall well-being. This led her to shift her focus to functional medicine. Victoria now dedicates her practice, VCF Medical, to wellness and preventative care, aiming to empower patients to achieve optimal health and vitality.
Victoria’s passion for exercise and wellness, coupled with her experience as a former NPC competitor, drives her holistic approach to health. She integrates her deep understanding of conventional medicine with a focus on the root causes of health issues, offering personalized treatment plans that restore hormonal balance, promote healthy weight management, and enhance overall well-being. She is trained in HRT for both women and men, specializing in perimenopause, menopause, and male HRT to inspire her patients to lead vibrant, healthy lives.
Outside of her professional life, Victoria enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. She treasures her time with her family, particularly with her children, Gabriella and Domenic, and her husband, Dr. Angelo Forte. Victoria also nurtures her spiritual connections, which play a vital role in her approach to life and wellness.
